WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE OBTAIN PERSONAL DATA AND HOW DO WE USE THIS
Lawa Balance Boards collects personal information from you directly in several ways, such as when you place an order, register on the contact page or send us any communication. We may also use your personal information to send you marketing updates but only in accordance with your preferences. We may also use your personal data to manage and improve our business and site and to keep internal records and maintain reasonable archives, including anonymous statistical data about browsing actions and patterns, which does not identify any individual.
In respect of any saved card details, we will only ever store the card type, the last four digits of the card used and the expiry date and such card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner’s safe payment platform systems. WHO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH
We do not sell your details to third party marketing companies. We may obtain and disclose personal data to third parties (including intermediaries) as necessary to process any order or provide any service to you, including carrying out any checks, processing or recovery of any payment, carrying out delivery of any goods or exchanges or collection of any returns, to enforce or administer any contract or deal with any claims.
Saved card details will never be shared with third parties (other than for the purpose of processing a payment to us) and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner’s systems. We may supply customer personal data to a government authority or regulator where required to comply with a legal requirement, for the administration of justice or where reasonably required to protect your vital interests.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
We process your personal data in accordance with the Spain Data Protection which governs personal data generally, including your rights. Under the Data Protection Act, you are entitled to ask us whether we are processing your customer data, to describe what customer personal data we are processing, to explain what purposes we use it for and the types of persons we disclose it to and to request a copy of your customer personal data.
You have the right to ask us to stop using your customer personal data for any purpose that is causing you substantial damage or substantial distress, which is unwarranted. You have the right to ask us to stop using your customer personal data to carry out direct marketing to you, including sending you advertising or marketing material. You have the right to ask us to change, erase, block or modify any inaccuracies in your customer personal data.
You may have the right to claim compensation for damage you suffer. In addition to your rights above, it is open to you, if you have a complaint or concern, to seek assistance from the government regulator.
Returns must be UNUSED with the ORIGINAL TAGS attached, in the ORIGINAL BAG and in a resalable condition. Our full returns policy outlined is below.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged or the cost of the item(s) refunded. (Please note refunds are made back to the original card the transaction was made with). All purchases made directly online are covered by a 14 day exchange or refund guarantee. All purchased products being returned must be in their original condition, unsed, undamaged, unsoiled, unalterated and complete with all original packaging (including those being exchanged) in full including in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, unaltered and complete with all original packaging.
Please e-mail us to email@example.com marking the subject as – Return / Exchange and your “Order ID”. In all return correspondence please quote your – Order ID/Order number, the items you wish to return (size, quantity etc), and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. You will then be sent a returns/exchange ID including an address where you need to send your return to. This returns ID must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. No return will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package. You can return your order, to the address provided by us via email, within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Returns older than 14 days will not be accepted unless agreed by Lawa Balance Boards via email in advance. We are a pretty understandable so please email us with your specific circumstances.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. The original postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you return an item to us that is faulty, we will pay for the cost of the return postage. Products must be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse such returns or exchanges.
Unless you have asked for an exchange, we will refund to you the price, for the returned purchased products, within 14 days of receiving the products back at our warehouse in compliance with the return conditions above, less any shipping charges and your refund will be credited to the original payment card. Card refunds may then take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. You will receive a notification email upon completion of your refund.
Unless the products were received by you damaged or faulty, we will not be obliged to refund to you any shipping or any amounts paid by you to us with respect to export or import taxes and costs. Further, import taxes and costs, whether paid by you directly or paid by you to us, may be non-refundable. You may however be able to recover import taxes and costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Returned products, to the extent your purchased product was paid using a virtual gift card, will not be refunded in cash and will be refunded only as value to the virtual gift card or as a separate virtual gift card.
If by any chance you receive faulty purchased products, you have the right to ask for a repair, exchange, reduction in the price or a full or partial refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org images of any of your purchases, which you consider have been delivered faulty.
